Pistachio and cherry mousse cake

Another summer recipe! The pistachio financier sponge in this mousse cake was amazing. The layer of sponge in my mousse cakes is often too thin, but not this time. It was quite thick, and that changed everything as it was very moist and tasty!
This mousse cake is made of :
A pistachio crunchy layer
A pistachio financier sponge
A cherry confit
A pistachio bavaroise mousse
A mirror glaze
Some cherries and pistachio bits to decorate the cake
