Blackberry tart

I made this tart with strawberries that grew in my garden this summer. I froze them as I picked them to use them later. I had loads of them, they grow like weeds! It is made of:

• A sweet pastry

• A baked almond cream with blackberries and flavoured with vanilla powder

• A blackberry compote

• A blackberry cremeux

• A vanilla bavaroise mousse

• Blackberries to decorate the tart
